Art for hotels

From a single signed edition above a lobby fireplace to a coordinated palette across every guest room, we supply hospitality projects with archival prints, hand-framed in Surrey and delivered to schedule.

Why us for this sector

What a hotels project needs from its art supplier.

  • Volume pricing without volume look

Trade pricing applies on every print, with further tiers for rollouts over forty rooms. The roster is small enough that no two guest floors need carry the same piece if you'd rather they didn't.

  • Fade-rated for public spaces

Every print is Hahnemühle 310gsm with pigment inks rated for 100+ years under glass. UV-filtering acrylic is the default glazing on framed orders for hotels — sun-facing lobbies, daylit corridors, and atrium spaces all benefit.

  • One curator, one schedule

A single point of contact at the gallery owns your project from brief to delivery. We schedule production around your fit-out dates and ship in one consignment where possible — no piecemeal arrivals during snagging.

  • Reframing service for refresh cycles

When a hotel refits, the prints often survive the room. We can re-cut mounts, re-glaze, and reframe pieces you already own in updated mouldings — saving you the cost of a full re-art.

Worth thinking about

Operational notes we’d raise on every brief.

  • Lobby vs guest room palettes

Public spaces usually carry the boldest statement pieces; guest rooms benefit from quieter palettes that won't compete with a marketing photographer's wide-angle. We brief on both.

  • Sun-facing rooms

Even archival prints fade faster in direct equatorial sun behind regular glass. South- and west-facing windows warrant UV-acrylic glazing as standard.

  • Standardised sizing across floors

A consistent print size simplifies install — and gives housekeeping a single replacement spec if a frame is ever damaged.

A typical project

What working with us tends to look like.

A boutique hotel of 40–80 rooms with two or three pieces per room and a small set of larger statement works for the lobby, restaurant, and meeting spaces. Briefed once, delivered in one consignment ahead of opening, with a held inventory of replacement prints kept at the gallery for the first twelve months.

Materials + longevity

The archival side of a hotels project.

Every print on a hotelsbrief is an archival giclée on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm, Wilhelm-rated for 100+ years under glass, made to order in our Surrey workshop and framed by hand with UV-filtering acrylic as standard. FSC paper, pigment inks rather than dye, UK supply chain on the framing, and no inventory destruction because nothing’s printed until it’s ordered. We’ll include the FSC certificates, Wilhelm documentation, and Hahnemühle data sheets in the project pack on request.
