Art for property staging
Photography sells properties, and art on the wall is part of the photograph. We supply staging companies and estate agents with print sets briefed for broad appeal — the right size for the wall, the right palette for the agency's house style.
What a property staging project needs from its art supplier.
Broad-appeal palettes
Staging art has to help a property sell to a wide pool of buyers — not narrow it. We curate towards quieter abstracts, considered landscapes, and tonally restrained still-lifes that photograph well and don't carry strong opinions of their own.
Per-portfolio sizing
We standardise sizes per agency or per stager so the same set rotates cleanly between properties without remeasuring or refitting. Smaller pieces for kitchen walls, mid-sized for living rooms, statement-scale only where the wall takes it.
Swap-out friendly
Frames come with the right hanging hardware pre-fitted, and we keep a service relationship for re-glazing or reframing when a print is damaged in transit between properties.
Operational notes we’d raise on every brief.
Photography vs in-person viewings
Some staging programmes only need the property to photograph well; others need it to hold up during in-person viewings too. Frame finish and glass quality matter more for the latter.
Volume vs longevity
If the same print set will rotate across 30+ properties, lighter aluminium frames travel better than heavy oak. We can specify either depending on logistics.
Neutrals, not blanks
There's a fine line between calming and forgettable. Our staging-suited pieces lean towards considered neutrals — enough character to read in a wide-angle photograph, not so much that they pull focus.
What working with us tends to look like.
A staging company taking a rotating portfolio of 20–40 prints across a small estate of mid-market properties. Standardised to two or three sizes, framed in a single moulding, delivered with hanging hardware ready to fit on arrival.
The archival side of a property staging project.
Every print on a property stagingbrief is an archival giclée on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm, Wilhelm-rated for 100+ years under glass, made to order in our Surrey workshop and framed by hand with UV-filtering acrylic as standard. FSC paper, pigment inks rather than dye, UK supply chain on the framing, and no inventory destruction because nothing’s printed until it’s ordered. We’ll include the FSC certificates, Wilhelm documentation, and Hahnemühle data sheets in the project pack on request.
