Art as a corporate gift

A limited-edition print sits on a desk longer than a hamper, a bottle, or a branded fleece. We supply corporate gifting programmes with archival prints, hand-framed and ready to send, in unit counts from a single retirement piece to a 500-recipient year-end run.

Why us for this sector

What a corporate gifts project needs from its art supplier.

  • A gift that lasts

An archival print on Hahnemühle 310gsm is fade-rated for a century. It stays in the recipient's office or home long after a bottle or a hamper would be gone — and stays usefully on-brand for the giver every time the recipient looks at it.

  • Per-recipient personalisation

Each gift can carry a printed dedication card, a custom note, or a recipient name on the certificate of authenticity. Useful for retirement gifts, milestone awards, or end-of-project thank-yous.

  • Bulk pricing

Trade pricing applies to gifting orders the same way it does to design projects. Volume tiers kick in at 20, 50, and 100 units.

  • Branded or unbranded

Most clients prefer the gift not to carry their logo — the art does the brand work by being chosen with taste. For programmes where branded packaging matters, we can include a custom sleeve or inner card.

Worth thinking about

Operational notes we’d raise on every brief.

  • Framed vs unframed

Unframed prints in protective tubes are easier to post and easier for the recipient to frame to their own room. Framed gifts present better in person at an event — slower to ship and pricier per unit.

  • Lead time

Hand-framed orders need a clear three-week window for production. Unframed runs can ship within ten working days. Plan around that, especially for year-end deadlines.

  • Choice vs uniformity

Some programmes work better with every recipient getting the same piece (uniform, consistent brand statement); others with the recipient choosing from a curated short-list (more personal, slightly more admin). We brief both.

A typical project

What working with us tends to look like.

A 50-recipient end-of-year gifting programme: one curated print in two size options, individually packed with a personalised card and the recipient's name on the certificate of authenticity, delivered to a single shipping address for re-distribution.

Materials + longevity

The archival side of a corporate gifts project.

Every print on a corporate giftsbrief is an archival giclée on Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm, Wilhelm-rated for 100+ years under glass, made to order in our Surrey workshop and framed by hand with UV-filtering acrylic as standard. FSC paper, pigment inks rather than dye, UK supply chain on the framing, and no inventory destruction because nothing’s printed until it’s ordered. We’ll include the FSC certificates, Wilhelm documentation, and Hahnemühle data sheets in the project pack on request.
